Confirmation
What is Confirmation?
Confirmation is the sacrament that strengthens the grace received in Baptism. Through the Holy Spirit, we receive the strength to live our faith with joy, to follow Jesus Christ, and to share His love with others as active members of the Church.
Preparation
Preparation for Confirmation helps young people and adults grow in their relationship with Christ and come to know the Catholic faith more deeply.
Our parish offers programs for:
- Young people ages 14 to 17 who have already received First Communion and are preparing for Confirmation.
- Young people ages 14 to 17 who still need to receive First Communion and Reconciliation before Confirmation.
- Adults over 18, baptized or unbaptized, who wish to receive their sacraments of initiation through the OCIA process (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults).
- We also offer preparation for people with special needs.
Classes are offered in Spanish and in English.
